UniReady Global Pty Ltd (ACN/ABN 661 616 593) (“UniReady Global”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) owns and operates the UniReady Global platform accessible via the login button on https://www.unireadyglobal.com, which directs users to the platform login page https://app.unireadyglobal.com/login (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and UniReady Global’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform, including students, their representatives, and any other registered users.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you:
- Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and UniReady Global’s Privacy Policy.
- Represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UniReady Global regarding your use of the Platform.
2. Account registration and security
- To access the Platform, you must create an account via https:// app.unireadyglobal.com/login and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- You must notify UniReady Global immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Sharing accounts or using another user’s login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- UniReady Global may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age and competent to enter into a contract.
- By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to access the Platform services.
- UniReady Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel access if you do not act in good faith or violate applicable laws.
- The Platform is provided solely for the purposes of UniReady Global services, including academic readiness, document verification, and related services.
- You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to \ access unauthorised areas or accounts.
5. Payment terms
- Some Platform services may require payment. All fees are in AUD and exclude applicable taxes or charges.
- Payments are processed through secure online payment systems. Services commence after payment validation.
- UniReady Global is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to banking issues; users should contact their financial institution.
- UniReady Global may require additional verification for large or high-risk transactions.
6. Prohibited activities
Users must not:
- Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or UniReady Global systems.
- Misrepresent identity or impersonate other users.
- Use the Platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or illegal activities.
Violation may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action by UniReady Global.
7. Intellectual property
- UniReady Global owns all intellectual property on the Platform, including software, content, and logos.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without written consent from UniReady Global.
- User-submitted content remains the property of the user but may be used by UniReady Global to deliver services.
8. Security and data protection
- UniReady Global implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account and data.
- No system is completely secure; you acknowledge that use of the Platform carries inherent risks.
- All use of the Platform is subject to UniReady Global’s Privacy Policy regarding personal and student data.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, UniReady Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Users agree to indemnify UniReady Global against any claims arising from violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
10. Communication and content
- UniReady Global may communicate Platform updates or service notices.
- User-submitted content, reviews, or feedback must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
- These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales or by arbitration under the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW) and Local Court Act 2007 (NSW).
- The proceedings will be in English, and costs are shared equally unless otherwise ordered.
12. Changes to terms
- UniReady Global may update these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Platform.
- Updated Terms apply to services accessed after the update is posted.
- Users should review the Platform regularly for changes.
